I’m invigorated by challenges, travel, writing, history, and culinary adventures with whole-food plant-based recipes, aiming for a vibrant life that spans a century or more. I’m an avid learner who constantly challenges conventions. The phrase “this is how it’s always been done” is my biggest pet peeve. In every role, I’ve championed efficiency, best practices, and cutting-edge technology to enhance both customer and team experiences. I embraced the CPA profession due to its commitment to continuous learning. My meticulous nature makes me THAT person that relishes reading fine print. But don’t forget, with nearly a decade in sales and customer relationship management before becoming a CPA, I offer a unique perspective. I believe that while mastering numbers is crucial, building genuine client relationships and addressing their needs is paramount.

My family is my raison d’etre. My husband stands as my unwavering ally in every endeavor, and our three children anchor my purpose in both personal and professional spheres. Everything I do is for them.  I prioritize family, and I strive to assist my clients in a way that enables them to do the same. I relate with clients that are navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood. Missed a deadline because your child fell ill? I get it. I might even share a tried-and-true remedy or two! My philosophy is simple: we’re all human. While I assist with taxes, my commitment extends to genuinely caring for you and your loved ones beyond mere compliance.

I deeply cherish the bonds I’ve forged with my tribe of formidable women leaders. From heads of state to heads of the family, the tenacity, insight, and wisdom of matriarchs continually inspire me. My life has been enriched by countless female role models whose influence nourishes my spirit daily. Becoming a mother (three times!) has been pivotal to my personal growth. Venturing into entrepreneurship, especially in a male-dominated domain, means the stakes are high and room for error is slim. Yet, it’s under this very pressure that diamonds emerge, isn’t it? Being a “mompreneur” CPA hasn’t just honed my professional acumen but has sharpened my organizational, managerial, and multitasking prowess. It has shaped me into a fiercer advocate for my clients and their families and deepened my empathy.
